Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern paid InsiderAlpha plans and apply in addition to the Terms of Service.

1. Plans and entitlements

InsiderAlpha offers Free, Plus, Pro, and Max plans. Each plan's entitlements — signal history depth, watchlist size, alert count, AI research quota, export, and API access — are published on the pricing page and enforced by the service.

2. Billing

Paid plans will be billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices and available billing periods are shown before checkout; applicable taxes may be added. No charge is made before you explicitly confirm a purchase.

3. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan remains active until the period you already paid for ends.

4. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing where supported; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. If we change entitlements materially, we will announce the change in advance on the pricing page.

5. Fair use

AI research quotas and API rate limits exist to keep the service reliable for everyone. Automated access is only through the API included in eligible plans; scraping or sharing accounts is not permitted.
