Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-17
This policy explains what data InsiderAlpha collects, why, and the control you have over it.
1. What we collect
When registration opens, we collect the email address you use to create an account. The site stores a small number of local preferences on your device — color theme and language — which never leave your browser. Privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics may be enabled to understand aggregate usage; it is disabled by default in this template.
2. How we use it
We use your email to operate your account, send essential service messages, and — only if you opt in — product updates. We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
3. Service providers
As features launch, limited data is processed by providers bound to their own privacy terms: hosting and deployment (Vercel), transactional email (Resend), payment processing (Stripe — card data never touches our servers), and optional Google sign-in. Each provider is activated only together with the feature that needs it.
4. Retention and security
Account data is kept while your account is active. We apply transport encryption, least-privilege access, and secret management practices appropriate to a research platform. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@insideralpha.io. Deleting your account removes associated personal data except where retention is legally required.
6. Changes and contact
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page. Privacy questions: support@insideralpha.io.
